Experts selected 58 publications to compete for the IP Top Awards

Amsterdam - 31 October 2000 - A team of thirty experienced professionals in the field of online content selected 58 publications for this year's IP Top Awards. These publications will be judged on elements like 'newsworthiness', 'speed' and 'design'. The complete list of selected publications is available at: http://www.iptop.com/nominated.htm.

The IP Top Awards program aims to highlight the best in European online content quality. The pre-selected publications are currently being judged, using a sophisticated judging tool. This tool will result in a detailed judging report, which gives content producers a clear picture of their strengths and weaknesses in comparison with their opponents.

IP Top is designing a system that continuously monitors Europe's best content. In the nearby future, publications in the IP Top Directory will have the possibility to get a frequently updated report about their strengths and weaknesses in comparison to their opponents.
